BCIT Documentary: Back in the Saddle

Bird Birth Control

TransLink is partnering with the BCSPCA to combat the pigeon problems at VCC Clark skytrain station and beyond. Our reporter Kareem Gouda went to get the scoop on the poop.

Repair Workshop

For BCIT Magazine I went to a volunteer led repair shop in Vancouver's West End to see how people are itching to do some fixing.

Bollywood Dreams

This video presentation talks about the popularity of Bollywood dance classes among the South Asian diaspora in Vancouver. It was created as part of the Online and Social Media class in the BCIT Broadcast and Online Journalism Program. Pictures were taken at various classes and events in the B.C. lower mainland.

Afterlife Anonymous

This is the "Fun Feature" project that my colleagues and I worked on. It is the final project of our visual fundamentals course at BCIT and serves to help us to learn sequencing, editing, composition and story-telling. It is about a man who dies on his way to hand in an assignment and has to learn how to be newly dead with the help of an unusual support group.

First Stand Up

This is a video of the first stand up that I did for announcing class. I pretended that the workers behind me were police and forensic investigators. It worked alright. Michael beck, a fellow student, helped with shooting.

Gamma Garage

At Sheila Chowdhury's Burnaby home she and her neighbours gather to paint, collaborate and host a gallery of their works. We went down to the studio in her garage to check things out.
